ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୩୧, ୨୦୨୫ ଦିନ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୧.୩୦ ସମୟରେ, ଅନୁଗୁଳ ରେଞ୍ଜର ପୁରୁଣାଗଡ଼ ସେକ୍ସନର କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ ଏକ ମିଳିତ ରାତ୍ରି ପାଟ୍ରୋଲିଂ ଦଳ, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବିଭାଗର କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ, ଅନୁଗୁଳ ରେଞ୍ଜର ପୁରୁଣାଗଡ଼ ସେକ୍ସନ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କୁଲାସିଂହା ପିଆରଏଫ ଭିତରେ ବେଆଇନ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ହୁକିଂର ଏକ ଘଟଣା ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନ ସମୟରେ, ୬୦ଟି ଶୁଖିଲା ବାଉଁଶ ଖୁଣ୍ଟ, ୫ ମିଟର ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ରଶି, ୧୫ ମିଟର କେବୁଲ ତାର ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ଜିଆଇ ତାର ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ସାମଗ୍ରୀଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ବେଆଇନ ହୁକିଂ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ। ପରେ ଜବତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜିନିଷଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅଧିକ ତଦନ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ପୁରୁଣାଗଡ଼ ସେକ୍ସନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା।ଆମେ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଏପରି ବେଆଇନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ରହିବାକୁ ନିବେଦନ କରୁଛୁ, କାରଣ ଏହା ମାନବ ଜୀବନ ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉଭୟ ପାଇଁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିପଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ। ପାଟ୍ରୋଲିଂ ଦଳରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଋତୁପର୍ଣ୍ଣା ବିଶ୍ୱାଲ, ଏଫ.ଜି., ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରିତିରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାସ, ହାତୀ ଦଳ, ଶ୍ରୀ ସୁପ୍ରଜିତ ସାହୁ, ହାତୀ ଦଳ, ଶ୍ରୀ ସିଦ୍ଧାନ୍ତ ଦାସ, ହାତୀ ଦଳ, ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ବେହେରା, ହାତୀ ଦଳ, ଶ୍ରୀ ଲଳିତା ମୋହନ ମାଝୀ, ଗଜ ମିତ୍ର, ଶ୍ରୀ ବାବୁ ଖଟୁଆ, ଗଜ ମିତ୍ର, ଶ୍ରୀ ସମୀରା ସାହୁ ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ଚନ୍ଦନ ସାହୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବିଭାଗର ସଦସ୍ୟ ଥିଲେ।ଆମେ ଆମର ସବୁଜ ଯୋଦ୍ଧାମାନଙ୍କ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ ଏବଂ ସମର୍ପଣ ପାଇଁ ଗର୍ବିତ ବୋଲି କହିଛି ବନ ବିଭାଗ।
On October 31, 2025, at around 11.30 PM, , a joint night patrol comprising staff from the Purunagarh Section of the Angul Range,along with personnel from the Electric Department, detected an incident of illegal electric hooking at inside Kulasingha PRF under the Purunagarh Section of the Angul Range. In the course of the operation, 60 dry bamboo pegs, 5 meter plastic rope, 15 meter cable wire, and approximately 5 kilograms of GI wire were seized. These materials are commonly associated with illegal hooking activities. The confiscated items were subsequently taken to the Purunagarh Section Office for further investigation.We appeal to the public to refrain from engaging in such illegal activities, as they pose significant risks to both human lives and wildlife.The patrol team consisted of Sri Rutuparna Biswal, F.G., Sri Pritiranjan Das, Elephant Squad, Sri Suprajit Sahu, Elephant Squad, Sri Sidhant Das, Elephant Squad, Sri Pradeep Behera, Elephant Squad, Sri Lalita Mohan Majhi, Gaja Mitra, Sri Babu Khatua, Gaja Mitra, Sri Samira Sahu and Sri Chandan Sahu from the Electric Department.We are proud of our GREEN WARRIORS for their hard work and dedication said Angul DFO.
