ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲରେ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସିର ୫୨ତମ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ ପାଳିତ
ତାଳଚେର: ଏନ୍ଟିପିସିର ୫୨ତମ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ ୨୦୨୬ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୭ ତାରିଖରେ ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲଠାରେ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଦୀପନାର ସହ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶର ଶକ୍ତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ ଦିଗରେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଦଶନ୍ଧିରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ସମୟ ଧରି ଏନ୍ଟିପିସିର ଅବିରତ ଅବଦାନ ଓ ସଫଳତାକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ସହ ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ପରିବାରର ଏକତା ଓ ସମର୍ପଣ ଭାବନାକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରିଥିଲା।
ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଶ୍ରୀ ବିଜୟ ଚାନ୍ଦ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସିର ପତାକା ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ଗୀତ ପରିବେଷଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହା ସଂସ୍ଥାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ନିର୍ମାଣ ପ୍ରତି ରହିଥିବା ଅତୁଟ ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧତାକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଇଥିଲା।
ନିଜ ଅଭିଭାଷଣରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଚାନ୍ଦ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ଏବଂ ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟର ଗୌରବମୟ ଯାତ୍ରା, ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସଫଳତା, ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଓ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଦେଶର ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ଶକ୍ତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ନିଜ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଓ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତି ସମର୍ପିତ ରହିବାକୁ ସେ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଏଥିସହ ଉତ୍କର୍ଷତା, ସଚ୍ଚୋଟତା ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିଷ୍ଠାର ପରମ୍ପରାକୁ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବାକୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସକୁ ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ କରିବା ସହ ପରିବେଶ ସୁରକ୍ଷାର ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ରଦାନ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଶ୍ରୀ ବିଜୟ ଚାନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅତିଥିମାନେ ୫୨ଟି ଚାରା ରୋପଣ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଉତ୍ସବର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଆକର୍ଷଣ ଥିଲା କେକ୍ କଟିଂ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ। ଏହା ସଂସ୍ଥାର ସଫଳତା, ସୌହାର୍ଦ୍ଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଏକତାର ପ୍ରତୀକ ଭାବେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଉତ୍କୃଷ୍ଟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦକ୍ଷତା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିବା ୬ ଜଣ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ‘ପାୱାର ଏକ୍ସେଲ୍ ଆୱାର୍ଡ’ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲର ସମସ୍ତ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ, ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ, କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ପୂର୍ବତନ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଉତ୍ସବକୁ ସଫଳ କରିଥିଲେ।
NTPC’s 52nd raising day celebrations at Talcher Thermal
The 52nd Raising Day of NTPC was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal at the Talcher Thermal on 7th November 2026. The event reflected the spirit and unity of the NTPC family as employees gathered to commemorate over five decades of continuous service by powering the nation.
Shri Vijay Chand, Executive director hoisted the NTPC Flag setting a tone of reverence and pride, followed by the resonant strains of the NTPC Geet, reminding everyone of the organization’s steadfast commitment to nation-building.
Shri Vijay Chand in his address reflected NTPC and Talcher Thermal plant’s remarkable journey its achievements, challenges, and future goal that continues to guide each employee to meet contry’s energy requirement. His inspiring words encouraged employees to carry forward NTPC’s legacy of excellence and integrity. In an environment cause as well as a memory of 52nd year raising day fifty-two saplings were planted by chief guest Shri Vijay Chand and other dignitaries.
To mark the occasion, a cake-cutting ceremony was held, symbolizing the sweetness of success and togetherness. To honour the employees who have demonstrated exemplary work Power Excel award was distributed to six employees. The programme was graced by all GMs, senior officials, employees and ex-employees of Talcher Thermal.
