ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଛକ ଠାରୁ ରଘନାଥପୁର ବ୍ଲକ କୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରୁଥିବା ଏକମାତ୍ର ରାସ୍ତା ଅଣଓସାରିଆ ଯୋଗୁ ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଯିବା ଆସିବା କରିବାପାଇଁ ଅସୁବିଧାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସିନ୍ଦା।ଏହି ରାସ୍ତାଟି ୧୨ କିଲୋମିଟର ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅର୍ ଏଣ୍ଡ ବି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବର୍ଷକୁ ଦୁଇଥର ମରାମତି କରାଯାଇ ଅର୍ଥ ହରିଲୁଟ କରନ୍ତି ଠିକାଦାର ଓ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ।ଏହି ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ୧୦ ଟି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ର ଲୋକମାନେ ନିର୍ଭର କରିଥାନ୍ତି।ରାସ୍ତା ଟିକୁ ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତି କରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉପକୂଳ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିକାଶ ପରିଷଦ ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆବାହକ ସରୋଜ କୁମାର ନାୟକ ଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ବାସି ଏକ ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରାରେ ଆସି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କୁ ଦାବିପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ।ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ରଘୁନାଥପୁର ୧୨ କିମି ରାସ୍ତାଟି ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ଗନ୍ଧିଛକ ଠାରୁ ବାହାରି ସୁଜଙ୍ଗ,ପାଳସୁଳୁ,ସମଙ୍ଗ, ବସନ୍ତା ଦେଇ ରଘୁନାଥପୁର ବଜାର ଠାରେ କଟକ ପାରାଦୀପ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରୁଛି।ଏହି ରାସ୍ତାକୁ ଦୁଇଲେନ୍ କରାଗଲେ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ଦୀର୍ଘଦିନର ସମସ୍ୟା ଦୁରହୋଇ ପାରିବ।ସରକାର ଏଥିପ୍ରତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଦେବାକୁ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଦାବି କରାଯାଇଛି।
