ଅନୁଗୋଳ – ଅନୁଗୋଳ ବନ ବିଭାଗର AJY ଦଳ ଜରପଡ଼ା ରେଞ୍ଜର ଜରପଡ଼ା ସେକ୍ସନ ଅଧୀନରେ ଭାଗୀରଥିପୁର VSS, ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀଧରପୁର VSS, କଟାଡା ଧୌରାବେନି VSS, ପାରା VSS, ଏବଂ UGI VSS ରେ ତାଲିମ ଏବଂ କ୍ଷମତା ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଥିଲେ।ପରିଦର୍ଶନ ସମୟରେ, VSS ସଦସ୍ୟ ଏବଂ SHG ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମେସିନ୍ ସ୍ଥାପନ ଏବଂ ପରିଚାଳନା ଉପରେ ହାତପାଠିଆ ତାଲିମ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାଗଜ ପ୍ଲେଟ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଲିମ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଜୀବିକା ସୃଷ୍ଟିକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା, ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ଏବଂ କ୍ଷମତା ନିର୍ମାଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଆୟ ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଥିଲା।ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ, AJY ଦଳ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜର ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା-I ସେକ୍ସନ ଅଧୀନରେ କଙ୍କୁରପାଳ VSS, ହରିହରପୁର VSS ଏବଂ ବଡବେରେନା VSS ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିଲା। କାଗଜ ପ୍ଲେଟ୍ ତିଆରି ମେସିନ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଇ ସମାନ ତାଲିମ ଅଧିବେଶନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା, ମାର୍କେଟିଂ ରଣନୀତି, ଆୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ପରିଚାଳନା, ବଜାର ସଂଯୋଗ ଏବଂ VSS ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଜୀବିକା ସୁଯୋଗ ଉପରେ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ଭାବରେ, ଏହି ପରିଦର୍ଶନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ-ଆଧାରିତ ଜୀବିକା ପଦକ୍ଷେପକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଦକ୍ଷତା-ମୁଖୀ ଏବଂ ଆୟ-ଉତ୍ପାଦନକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ VSS ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବାରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅବଦାନ ଦେଇଥିଲା।
Training and Capacity Building on Various Machines and Entry Point Activities under the AJY Programme
The AJY Team of Angul Forest Division conducted training and capacity-building programmes in Bhagirathipur VSS, Laxmidharpur VSS, Katada Dhaurabeni VSS, Para VSS, and UGI VSS under the Jarapada Section of the Jarapada Range.
During the visit, hands-on training was provided to VSS members and SHG groups on the installation and operation of various machines. Participants were also trained in the complete paper plate production process. The initiative aimed to promote livelihood generation, enhance skill development, and create sustainable income opportunities for local community members through practical exposure and capacity building.
Subsequently, the AJY Team visited Kankurpal VSS, Hariharpur VSS, and Badaberena VSS under the Chendipada-I Section of the Chendipada Range. Similar training sessions were conducted, focusing on the use of paper plate–making machines. Detailed discussions were held on the production process, marketing strategies, income generation, group management, market linkage, and long-term sustainable livelihood opportunities for VSS members.
Overall, these visits contributed significantly to strengthening community-based livelihood initiatives and empowering VSS members through skill-oriented and income-generating activities.
