ବ୍ରଜନାଥପୁରରେ ଏସ୍ଏଚ୍ଜି ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉନ୍ନତ ସିଲେଇ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ
ତାଳଚେର, ୧୭ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୦୨୬: ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ଓ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଜୀବିକା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ୍ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଉଷା ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ର ସହଯୋଗରେ ୨୫ ଦିନିଆ ଉନ୍ନତ ସିଲେଇ ଓ ଷ୍ଟିଚିଂ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି।
ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ୍ର ସ୍କିଲ୍ ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଅଧୀନରେ ବ୍ରଜନାଥପୁର ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ୩୫ ଜଣ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଏହି ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହାର ଔପଚାରିକ ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ ସାଗରିକା ଲେଡିଜ୍ କ୍ଲବ୍, ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ୍ର ସଭାପତି ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ବିଭା ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ୍ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ବ୍ରଜନାଥପୁର ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ସରପଞ୍ଚ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେଶ କୁମାର ବେହେରାଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ୍ର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।
ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ଉଷା ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ର ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷକମାନେ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ମହିଳା ପୋଷାକ ଓ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ତିଆରି ସହିତ ଆଧୁନିକ ସିଲେଇ ଓ ଷ୍ଟିଚିଂ କୌଶଳ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଦେବେ। ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମହିଳାମାନେ ପୋଷାକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରି ଆୟକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ନିଜକୁ ସାମିଲ କରିବା ସହ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀ ଭାବେ ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ହୋଇପାରିବେ।
ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣାର୍ଥୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ବିଭା ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ୍ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣର ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଲାଭ ଉଠାଇ ନିଜ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ସହ ସିଲେଇ ଓ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀତା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଜୀବିକା ଗଢ଼ି ତୋଳିବାକୁ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
ସେହିପରି ସରପଞ୍ଚ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେଶ କୁମାର ବେହେରା ଅତିଥିମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱାଗତ କରିବା ସହ ବ୍ରଜନାଥପୁର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ଓ ଜୀବିକା ସୃଷ୍ଟିର ସୁଯୋଗ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ଏନ୍ଟିପିସି ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ୍କୁ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ।
NTPC Talcher Thermal Launches Advanced Tailoring Training for SHG Women.

NTPC Talcher Thermal, in collaboration with Usha International Limited has launched a 25-day Advanced Sewing and Stitching Training Programme for 35 women) of Brajnathpur Gram Panchayat under the Skill Development initiative TTPS.
The programme was formally inaugurated by Smt. Vibha Agrawal, President, Sagarika Ladies Club, NTPC Talcher Thermal, in the presence of Shri Naresh Kumar Behera, Sarpanch, Brajnathpur Gram Panchayat, and senior officials of NTPC Talcher Thermal.
The programme aims to strengthen the tailoring, sewing and entrepreneurial skills of women and support them in developing sustainable livelihood opportunities. The training programme is being conducted by specialist trainers from Usha International Limited, Bhubaneswar. During the training, the trainers will focus on stitching different types of ladies’ garments and school uniforms, and also imparting modern sewing and stitching techniques to the participating women. The training will enhance their skills and enable them to undertake garment production and sustainable income-generating opportunities.
Addressing the trainees, Smt. Vibha Agrawal encouraged them to make the best use of the training, enhance their skills and work towards building sustainable livelihoods through tailoring and entrepreneurship.
Shri Naresh Kumar Behera, Sarpanch, Brajnathpur Gram Panchayat, welcomed the guests and expressed his gratitude to NTPC Talcher Thermal for supporting the initiative and creating valuable skill-development and livelihood opportunities for women of Brajnathpur Gram Panchayat.
