ଅନୁଗୋଳ ୮।୧ ଆଜି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରଦେଶ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କମିଟିର ସଭାପତି ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ ଶରତ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଅନୁଗୋଳ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଆସି ଗତ କାଲିର ହାତୀ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ଚାରି ମୃତକଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ଭେଟିବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଦେଶ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କମିଟିର ସଭାପତି ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଗତକାଲି ଯେଭଳି ଭାବରେ ଦୁଇ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚାରୋଟି ନିରୀହ ଚାଷୀ ହାତୀ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ନିହତ ହେଲେ ତାହା ଶୁଣି ସେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମର୍ମାହତ ହେବା ସହ ଗୋଟାଏ ହାତୀ ଗାଁକୁ ଗାଁ ଯାଇ ଚାରୋଟି ଗାଁରେ ଅନାୟସରେ କାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟାଇ ଗଲା, ଅଥଚ ବନ ବିଭାଗ କୌଣସି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇ ନ ପାରିବା, ଏହା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ବନ ବିଭାଗର ଅପାରଗତାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କରୁଥିବା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରି, ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଘଟଣାକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବା ସହ ପ୍ରକୃତ ଦୋଷୀ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତମୂଳକ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୃତକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦେବାକୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି, ତାହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନଗଣ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ସର୍ବ ନିମ୍ନ କୋଡିଏ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଦେବା ସହ ତାର ପରିବାରର ଥଇଥାନ ପାଇଁ ପରିବାରରୁ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏତଦଭିନ୍ନ ତାଙ୍କର ଶେଷକୃତ୍ୟ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ନୀତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଦେଶ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ଭେଟିଲା ପରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଜନ ସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ଜାଣିବାକୁ ପାଇଲେ ଯେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକେ କେତେ ଭୟଭୀତ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଚାଷ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହେଉଥିବା ସେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଣୁ ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚାଷ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସହଯୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ହେଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଚାଷ କ୍ଷେତକୁ ବନ୍ୟଜନ୍ତୁଙ୍କ କବଳରୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବା ଅତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି। ଧନ ଜୀବନକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ, ତା ଯଦି ନ ହେଲା ଜନତା ବରଦାସ୍ତ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଏଣୁ ସରକାର ବେଳ ଥାଉ ସଜାଗ ହେବାକୁ ତାଗିଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଜିର ଏହି ମୃତକମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ଭେଟିବାକୁ ପ୍ରଦେଶ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କମିଟିର ସଭାପତିଙ୍କ ସହ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ବିପ୍ଲବ ଜେନା, ଜାତୀୟ ମହିଳା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଂପାଦିକା ସସ୍ମିତା ବେହେରା, ଜିଲ୍ଲା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଉପସଭାପତି ଚିତ୍ତ ରଞ୍ଜନ ନାଏକ, ତପନ ପ୍ରଧାନ, ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓବିସି ସେଲ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଜିତେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାହୁ, ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏସସି ସେଲ ଆବାହକ ଟିକନ ବେହେରା, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଆଇନ ସେଲ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନାଥ ମିଶ୍ର, ମିଡ଼ିଆ ସେଲ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଗୋପାଳ ନାଥ, ବରିଷ୍ଠ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ଜୟନ୍ତ ସାହୁ, ସନ୍ତୋଷ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ, ଜିଲ୍ଲା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ବଲବୀର ସିଂହ, ରାକେଶ ମିଶ୍ର, ମହିଳା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାନେତ୍ରୀ ତପସ୍ବିନୀ ବିଶ୍ବାଳ, ନଗର କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ସୁଦୀପ ମିଶ୍ର, ବଅଁରପାଳ ବ୍ଲକ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ବିନୋଦ ମାଝୀ, ଅନୁଗୋଳ ବ୍ଲକ ସଭାପତି ଅମୂଲ୍ୟ ବେହେରା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବହୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।
