ରେଞ୍ଜ-ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଗଜସାଥୀ ଓରିଏଣ୍ଟେସନ୍ ଏବଂ ତାଲିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ, ତାଳଚେର ରେଞ୍ଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ।ସ୍ନେହା ଏନଜିଓ ସହଯୋଗରେ ଅନୁଗୁଳ ବନ ଡିଭିଜନର ତାଳଚେର ରେଞ୍ଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସରେ ଏକ ରେଞ୍ଜ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଗଜସାଥୀ ଓରିଏଣ୍ଟେସନ୍ ଏବଂ ତାଲିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ମାନବ-ହାତୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ପ୍ରଶମନ, ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ ସଚେତନତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଏବଂ ନିରାପଦ ସହାବସ୍ଥାନ ଅଭ୍ୟାସକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବାରେ ଗଜସାଥୀଙ୍କ ଭୂମିକାକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଇଥିଲା। ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀମାନେ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଚେତାବନୀ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା, ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଏବଂ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ-ଚାଳିତ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଉପରେ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ, ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅଧିକାରୀ, ତାଳଚେର ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ସ୍ନେହା ଏନଜିଓର ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ ଅଧିବେଶନକୁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉତ୍ପାଦନକ୍ଷମ ଏବଂ ଅର୍ଥପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିଥିଲା। ଏହି ମିଳିତ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମାନବ-ହାତୀ ସହାବସ୍ଥାନକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀ ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ପରିବେଶ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ।
Range-Level Gajasathi Orientation & Training Programme, Talcher Range Office.A Range Level Gajasathi Orientation and Training Programme was successfully conducted at the Talcher Range Office Campus of Angul Forest Division in collaboration with Sneha NGO. The programme focused on strengthening the role of Gajasathis in human–elephant conflict mitigation, enhancing community awareness, and promoting safe coexistence practices. Participants received guidance on early warning systems, safety measures, and community-driven conservation efforts. The active involvement of trainees, the Range Officer, Talcher and forest officials, and Sneha NGO made the session highly productive and meaningful. This joint effort marks an important step toward fostering peaceful human–elephant coexistence and ensuring a safer environment for both wildlife and local communities.
