୧୯ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୨୬ ଦିନ ୧୨:୦୫ ସମୟରେ ତାଳଚେର ରେଞ୍ଜ (ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳ ଡିଭିଜନ)ର ସୀପୁର ସେକ୍ସନ୍ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ଗହମ ମାଙ୍ଗୋର ଆର୍ଚାଡ, ଗହମ ବିଟ୍ର ପିକନିକ୍ ସ୍ପଟ୍ରେ ଏକ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ମୁକ୍ତ ସଚେତନତା ଅଭିଯାନ ସଫଳତାର ସହିତ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
ତାଳଚେର ରେଞ୍ଜର ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ବନପାଳ, ବନରକ୍ଷୀ, କ୍ଷେତ୍ର କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ସୀପୁର ସେକ୍ସନ୍ର କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସ୍କ୍ବାଡ୍ ସାମିଲ ଥିଲେ। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଶ୍ରୀ ବାବୁଲା ପ୍ରଧାନଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଗହମ VSS ସଦସ୍ୟ, SHG ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସଦସ୍ୟ, ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସିନ୍ଦା ଏବଂ ଗହମ ୟୁପି ସ୍କୁଲର ଛାତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଅଭିଯାନ ସମୟରେ, ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରିବେଶ ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉପରେ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣର କ୍ଷତିକାରକ ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିଷୟରେ ସଚେତନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ପରିବେଶ ଅନୁକୂଳ ବିକଳ୍ପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା, ଏକକ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ସମ୍ପଦ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ବର୍ଜ୍ୟବସ୍ତୁ ପରିଚାଳନା ପଦ୍ଧତି ଅନୁସରଣ କରିବା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମଟି ଜଙ୍ଗଲ, ଜଳାଶୟ ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀଙ୍କୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସାମୂହିକ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ସହିତ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା, ଯାହା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏବଂ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପିଢ଼ି ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ, ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ମୁକ୍ତ ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପରିବେଶ ବଜାୟ ରଖିବାର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱକୁ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲା।
Plastic-Free Awareness Campaign Organized at Gaham Mangor Archad Picnic Spot under Talcher Range
A Plastic-Free Awareness Campaign was successfully organized on 19 January 2026 at 12:05 PM at the picnic spot of Gaham Mangor Archad, Gaham Beat, under Seepur Section of Talcher Range (Angul Division).
The programme was conducted in the presence of officials and staff of Talcher Range, including foresters, forest guards, field staff, and field squads of Seepur Section. The event witnessed active participation from Gaham VSS members, SHG group members, local residents, and the students and teachers of Gaham UP School, led by Headmaster Sri Babula Pradhan.
During the campaign, participants were sensitized about the harmful effects of plastic pollution on the environment and wildlife. Emphasis was laid on adopting eco-friendly alternatives, reducing the use of single-use plastics, and following proper waste management practices to preserve natural resources.
The programme concluded with a collective appeal to protect forests, water bodies, and wildlife, highlighting the importance of maintaining a clean, plastic-free, and sustainable environment for present and future generations.
