ଅଦ୍ଯ ତା – ୦୭.୦୧.୨୦୨୩ ରିଖ ଦିନ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଆଇନ ସେବା ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗଦିଶ ପ୍ରସାଦ ମହାନ୍ତ ଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ୍ରମେ ଚାଉଳିଆ କାଲ୍ୟାଣ ମଣ୍ଡପ , ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ଠାରେ ଏକ ଆଇନ ସଚେତନତା ଶିବିର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଅଛି ।ଏହି ଶିବିରରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମାଜ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଯୋଜନା ବିଷୟରେ ଶିବିରରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବିଶେଷ ମାନେ ସବିଶେଷ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ । ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଆଇନ ସେବା ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତି ମମିତା ସାହୁ ସେହି ଅଂଚଳର ଲୋକମାନେ କିଭଳି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଯୋଜନାର ସୁବିଧା ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇପାରିବେ ଏବଂ ଯଦି କୌଣସି ସମୟରେ କାହାର ଅଧିକାର କ୍ଷୁନ୍ନ ହେଉଥାଏ ସେକିଭଳି ଭାବରେ ଆଇନଗତ ସହାୟତା ପାଇପାରିବ ସେବିଷୟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଜନ ସମୁଦାୟଙ୍କୁ ଅବଗତ କରାଇଥିଲେ । ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ସଦର , ପଂଚାୟତ ସମିତି ଅଧିକାରୀ , ଶ୍ରୀ ସୁଧିର କୁମାର ନାୟକ , ସେ ଅଂଚଳରେ ବସ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କିଭଳି ବାସଗୃହ , ଆଧାର ପରିଚୟପତ୍ର , ରାସନ କାଡ୍ , ଭୋଟର ପରିଚୟପତ୍ର ମିଳିପାରିବ ସେବିଷୟରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅବଗତ କରାଇଥିଲେ ।ଓଡାପଡା , ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଶ୍ରମ ଅଧିକାରୀ , ଶ୍ରୀ ସତ୍ୟନାରାୟଣ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସଙ୍ଗଠିତ ଶ୍ରମିକ / ଅଣସଙ୍ଗଠିତ ଶ୍ରମିକ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଯୋଜନା ଏବଂ ଏହାର ସୁବିଧା ସୁଯୋଗ ଉପରେ ବିଷଦ ଭାବରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ । ଶ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ପଣ୍ଡା , LDM , ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ଋଣ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରେ କିଭଳି ସଂଚୟ କରିପାରିବେ ସେବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ । ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସମାକ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଅଧିକାରୀ , ପରମାନନ୍ଦ ପୃଷ୍ଟି ଓ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସମାଜ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ ସୁଭେନ୍ଦୁ କୁମାର ଖୁଣିଆ , ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରଣିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମାଜ ମଙ୍ଗଳ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଓ ଯୋଜନା ବିଷୟରେ ବିଷଦ ଭାବରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ । ଡ . ବିଜୟ କୁମାର ପାଢି , SDVO , ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ଲାଭାଦାୟକ ପଷୁ ଚାଷ ଉପରେ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଭାବରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଓ ପୌତ୍ସାହନ ବିଷୟରେ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଚାଉଳିଆ ଗ୍ରା : ପ ସରଫଚ , ବାବୁଲି ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ରାଉତ PLV , ପ୍ରଫୁଲ କୁମାର ନାଏକ ଶିବିର ପରିଚାଳନାରେ ସହାୟତା କରିଥିଲେ ।
