ଅନୁଗୋଳ/ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା -୨୨ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୨୬ ସକାଳ ପ୍ରାୟ ୦୮:୩୦ ସମୟରେ, ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ (ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳ ଡିଭିଜନ) ର ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା-୧ ସେକ୍ସନର ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା-୧ ବିଟ୍ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ବନଦୁର୍ଗା ପିଠାରେ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୁଭ୍ରାସୁଚିସ୍ମିତା ମହାପାତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରୀ ଯଶୋବନ୍ତ ବେହେରାଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବନଦୁର୍ଗା VSS ଏବଂ ମା ବନଦୁର୍ଗା କମିଟିର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣରେ ଏକ ସଫଳ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ମୁକ୍ତ ସଚେତନତା ଅଭିଯାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନ ପରିବେଶ ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକର କ୍ଷତିକାରକ ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିଷୟରେ ସଚେତନତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା, ଏକକ-ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା, ପରିବେଶ ଅନୁକୂଳ ବିକଳ୍ପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବର୍ଜ୍ୟବସ୍ତୁ ପରିଚାଳନା ଅଭ୍ୟାସ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟକୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହା ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ପରିସଂସ୍ଥା, ଜଳାଶୟ ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀଙ୍କୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସାମୂହିକ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ସହିତ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା, ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପିଢ଼ି ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ, ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକମୁକ୍ତ ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପରିବେଶ ବଜାୟ ରଖିବାର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଥିଲା।
Plastic-Free Awareness Campaign Conducted at Banadurga Pitha under Chhendipada Range:
On 22 January 2026 at around 08:30 AM, a successful Plastic-Free Awareness Campaign was conducted at Banadurga Pitha under Chhendipada-I Beat, Chhendipada-I Section of Chhendipada Range (Angul Division) in the presence of Range Officer, Chhendipada, Smt. Subhrasuchismita Mohapatra, and Zilla Parishad Member, Chhendipada, Sri Jashobanta Behera, along with foresters, forest guards, staff, and field squads of Chhendipada-I Section, with active participation from members of Banadurga VSS and the Maa Banadurga Committee. The campaign focused on raising awareness about the harmful impacts of plastic on the environment and wildlife, encouraging the community to reduce single-use plastics, adopt eco-friendly alternatives, and practice responsible waste management, and it concluded with a collective appeal to protect natural ecosystems, water bodies, and wildlife, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean, plastic-free, and sustainable environment for future generations.
