୦୪ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୨୬ ରେ, ଅନୁଗୁଳ ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଅନୁଗୁଳ ଟାଉନ ସେକ୍ସନ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ନାଲକୋ ସ୍ମେଲଟର ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ଗେଟରୁ ଏକ ଭାରତୀୟ (ଅଜଗର)ରକ୍ ପାଇଥନ୍ (ପାଇଥନ୍ ମୋଲୁରସ୍) ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଏକ ଜରୁରୀ ଫୋନ୍ ପାଇଥିଲେ। ତୁରନ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଦେଇ, ବନ ଦଳ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଏକ ନିରାପଦ ଏବଂ ଦକ୍ଷ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ। ସଫଳତାର ସହ ପାଇଥନ୍ କାବୁ କରିବା ପରେ, ରେଞ୍ଜ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ସତର୍କ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାବଧାନରେ ଏହାକୁ ଏହାର ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବାସସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଫେରାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା।ଉଦ୍ଧାର ଦଳରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅନିଲ ବେହେରା, ହାତୀ ସ୍କ୍ୱାଡ୍ ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶଙ୍କର ଦାସ, ହାତୀ ସ୍କ୍ୱାଡ୍ ଥିଲେ।
Rescue Operations of the Angul Forest DivisionOn 04 January 2026, the Angul Town Section staff under Angul Range received an urgent call from the NALCO Smelter Plant Gate regarding the presence of an Indian Rock Python (Python molurus). Responding promptly, the forest team reached the site and carried out a safe and efficient rescue operation. After successfully capturing the python, it was released back into its natural habitat under the careful supervision of the Range staff.The rescue team consisted of Sri Anil Behera, Elephant Squad, and Sri Shankar Das, Elephant Squad.We are proud of our GREEN WARRIORS for their dedication and commendable service.
