ଅନୁଗୋଳ – ଶିକାର ବିରୋଧୀ ଅଭିଯାନ (ଅଧକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଶିକାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ସହନଶୀଳତା)
03 ଫେବୃଆରୀ 2026 ଦିନ ପ୍ରାୟ 02:40 ସମୟରେ, ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ଗୋପନୀୟ ସୂଚନା ଆଧାରରେ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ପାତ୍ରପଡ଼ା, ତଲମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ସାହିରେ ଏକ ଜିବେଦୟା ଅଭିଯାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନର ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟର କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୁଭ୍ରା ସୁଚିସ୍ମିତା ମହାପାତ୍ର ନେଇଥିଲେ।
ଅଭିଯାନ ସମୟରେ, ଦୁଇଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଘର ତଲାସି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଦୁଇଜଣ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଜଙ୍ଗଲୀ ବାରହା ମାଂସ ରାନ୍ଧୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଧରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଘର ପରିସରରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପରେ ଦୁଇଟି ଦେଶୀ ନିର୍ମିତ ବନ୍ଧୁକ, ଦୁଇଟି ଗଜ ବାଡ଼ି, ଗୋଟିଏ ପୁରୁଣା ବନ୍ଧୁକ ପାଇପ୍, ଛଅଟି କୁରାଢ଼ୀ, 300 ଗ୍ରାମ ବନ୍ଧୁକ ପାଉଡର, 100 ଗ୍ରାମ ବୋମା ପାଉଡର, 110 ସିସା ଗୁଳି, ଦଶଟି ସାଇକେଲ ବଲ, ଗୋଟିଏ ଛୁରୀ, ଗୋଟିଏ ପନିକି, କେନ୍ଦୁ ପତ୍ରର ଅଠର ବଣ୍ଡଲ, ବଟକରା ସହିତ ଦୁଇଟି ନିକିତି, ପ୍ରାୟ 7 କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ କଞ୍ଚା ଜଙ୍ଗଲୀ ବାରହା ମାଂସ, କଞ୍ଚା ବାରହା ଚମଡାର ଚାରି ଖଣ୍ଡ, କଞ୍ଚା କଟା ଗୋଡ, ପ୍ରାୟ 4 କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ରନ୍ଧା ମାଂସ, ଦୁଇଟି ପ୍ରେସର କୁକର, ଗୋଟିଏ ରନ୍ଧନ ପାତ୍ର, ଦୁଇଟି ହେଡଲାଇଟ୍, ଦୁଇଟି ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ଫୋନ୍ ଏବଂ ଗୋଟିଏ ବାଇଟ୍ ବୋମା ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଯାହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଅବୈଧ ଶିକାର ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଅପରାଧରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତିକୁ ସୂଚିତ କରିଥାଏ।
ସମସ୍ତ ଜବତ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଯଥାବିଧି ଅନୁସରଣ କରି ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ହେପାଜତ ପାଇଁ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅଫିସକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଭାବରେ ପଠାଯାଇ ଜମା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ଅଧିକ ତଦନ୍ତ ଜାରି ରହିଛି।
ଚଢାଉ ଦଳରେ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅଫିସର ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୁଭ୍ରା ସୁଭ୍ରା ସୁଚିସ୍ମିତା ମହାପାତ୍ର; ଫରେଷ୍ଟର ଶ୍ରୀ ସୁଶାନ୍ତ କୁମାର ନାୟକ; ଫରେଷ୍ଟର ଶ୍ରୀ ବେଣୁଧର ବେହେରା; ଶ୍ରୀ ଦିଗମ୍ବର ନାୟକ, ଫରେଷ୍ଟର; ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ସୋନାପିକା ପ୍ରିୟଦର୍ଶନୀ, ଫରେଷ୍ଟର; ଶ୍ରୀ ବିରାଜପ୍ରସାଦ ପ୍ରଧାନ, ଫରେଷ୍ଟର; ଶ୍ରୀ କମଳଲୋଚନ ପ୍ରଧାନ, ଫରେଷ୍ଟର; ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଗୀତା ମାଝୀ, ଫରେଷ୍ଟର; ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜିତେନ୍ଦ୍ର କୁମାର ସାହୁ, ଫରେଷ୍ଟର, ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜର ସମସ୍ତ ହାତୀ ସ୍କ୍ୱାଡ୍ ଏବଂ ଗଜମିତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ।
ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜର ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୁଭ୍ରା ସୁଚିସ୍ମିତା ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଛେଣ୍ଡିପଦା ରେଞ୍ଜର ସବୁଜ ଯୋଦ୍ଧାମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥିର ପ୍ରୟାସ ଏବଂ ସମର୍ପଣ ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ଗର୍ବିତ ବୋଲି କହିଛି ବନ ବିଭାଗ।
ANTI-POACHING OPERATION (ZERO Tolerance against the Poaching activities)
On 03rd February 2026 at about 02:40 PM, a Jibedaya operation was conducted at Patrapada, Talamandali Sahi under Chhendipada Range on the basis of reliable confidential information. The operation was led by Smt. Subhra Suchismita Mohapatra, Range Officer, Chhendipada, along with the staff of the Chhendipada Range Office.
During the operation, house searches were conducted at two locations, and two accused persons were caught red-handed while cooking wild pig meat. A thorough search of the premises resulted in the seizure of two country-made guns, two gaja badi, one old gun pipe, six axes, 300 grams of gun powder, 100 grams of bomb powder, 110 sisa guli, ten cycle balls, one knife, one paniki, eighteen bundles of kendu leaves, two nikiti with batkara, approximately 7 kg of raw wild pig meat, four pieces of raw pig skin, four raw cut legs, approximately 4 kg of cooked meat, two pressure cookers, one cooking pot, two headlights, two mobile phones and one bait bomb, clearly indicating involvement in illegal hunting and wildlife-related offences.
All seized articles were seized following due procedure and securely transported to and deposited at the Chhendipada Range Office for safe custody, and further investigation in the matter is in progress.

Gita Majhi, Forest Guard; and Sri Jitendra Kumar Sahu, Forest Guard, along with all Elephant Squads and Gajamitras of Chhendipada Range.
